Exit Surveys

If enabled, displays an Exit Survey link at the Checkout Complete page after the registration process is complete and successful.

To Enable a Client Exit Survey

• Go to Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options.
• Exit Survey URL:  Enter the URL of an in-house or third-party application for an online exit registration survey.  This URL displays at the end of the registration Checkout Complete confirmation page.
• Exit Survey Expires:  The last date the exit survey URL will display.  If blank, the survey URL will always display.
