Access the following display options at Main menu > Sections.
Display Fees
This field prevents the display of fees in the Search Results and Course Display pages when the [Display Cart Button] is also set to No. If the [Display Cart Button] is set to yes, the fees will always display.
Display Available Slots
Enable or disable the display of available course slots on the Course Details page. If enabled, the available slots will display for the course section. To display slots only for specific course sections, disable Web Options [Display Slots] option and enable the Display Slots for the course sections desired.
Hide Location
Regardless of the [Show Facility Only] setting in the Web Options, this field allows the location for a specific course section to be hidden on the WebReg module. If checked, the location will not display on the Search Results or Course Display pages. The location will still appear in the email confirmation to registered users.
Email Web Link
Use this field to embed a link in the automatic email confirmation sent to the client after a successful registration is submitted. Commonly, this is a link to a PDF document on your website. Enter the complete URL here. In addition, enter the text the registrant will see in the confirmation email when the [Email Web Link] is displayed. This text becomes the link.
Email Append Text
When you would like to append some additional text in the email confirmation, use this field and the additional text will appear in the confirmation email with the course detail information. No URL links are associated with this text field. (Enterprise and Plus versions only)
Inquiry Email
Entering an email address here enables an Inquire email form to be sent by the client to the Inquire Email address for the course section. An "Inquire" button will display on the Course Detail page. (Enterprise version only)
Inquiry URL
This field is unused at this time. (Enterprise version only)
Audience
Use this field to identify the target audience for the course section. This text field will appear in the Course Detail display in the WebReg module. (Enterprise and Plus versions only)
Outline
Use this field to provide a content outline of the course section. This text field will appear as a link and printable popup in the Course Detail display in the WebReg module. (Enterprise and Plus versions only)
Abstract
Use this field to provide additional course content or details for the course section. This text field will appear in the Course Detail display in the WebReg module. (Enterprise and Plus versions only)
Alt Schedule
Use this field to describe or list schedule information that may differ from the days and dates in the standard schedule. Text entered here will display in the WebReg module Course Details page and the automated email confirmation.
Alt Description
Use this field to expand the Course description or to replace the Course description just for this Section. If using to replace the primary Course description, enable the [Alt Description Replace] field.
