Document Delete

Used to delete all Client Documents of a specific type.

Details

  • Select Document Type from list.
  • Click Run to proceed or Cancel to quit.
  • Once Run is selected, the delete process begins.  There is no halt or cancel option once the delete starts.
  • There is no recovery process for deleted documents.
  • In a multi-year database installation, the function will check to see if a document exists in other years.  If the document file exists, the document is maintained but only the record reference in the current database is deleted.
