Users often paste the text into HTML fields that store large amounts of text like the course description. This copy/paste process can often paste ASCII code from the original software application. These characters often display differently than users desire. This workflow helps fix those characters.

This workflow replaces ASCII characters with respective keyboard characters in the following tables and fields. There is no undue process for this function.
- Branch (Refund Policy)

- Department (Description)
- Merge Text and Email (Header, Alt Return, Body 1, Body 2, Closing)

The current function replaces these ASCII codes. If you experience other ASCII codes, please submit a support ticket to add them.
