For those organizations that want or need an integration of their CE data with their ERP system, this option provides a custom designed integration so they can maintain the use of a CE registration yet satisfy the need to exchange data with their ERP counterpart. The process and outcome are completely customized based on your needs. Xenegrade provides this service with a third-party vendor with the skills and experience in similar integrations for Ellucian, Workday, and Anthology systems.
How do we get started?
Submit a support ticket to start the process. David Bennett will contact you to discuss the project and identify a course of action. At that point, you will need to identify the following:
- What are the data elements to exchange between XenDirect and the ERP system?
- Is the data moving unidirectional or bidirectional?
- At what frequency is the data exchanged?
- Is the data exchange fully automated, partially automated, or manual?
Once this scope of services is complete, a quote can be prepared on the cost to design, build, deploy, and maintain the integration.
What data can I exchange?
The decision on what data and how much data is up to you. All XenDirect course, client, registration, and financial data are available for exchange to ERP system. What ERP system data being exchanged to XenDirect must fit into existing XenDirect fields to be imported.
What is the cost?
There are two fee areas related to this integration:
- Design and implementation: This is the one-time cost associated with designing and building the integration. Future changes to the integration process would incur additional charges.
- Maintenance and Operation: This is the cost of operating and maintaining the integration.
The combined cost is directly related to the requirements identified in the scope of services.
