WebReg 2026:
What's the Status?

 

Our excitement grows week by week as we complete more pages of the new WebReg module. With each testing iteration, the big picture gets clearer and clearer! And by sometime in December, we should be able to identify the launch date range and process. We cannot be more thrilled to provide you with the most modern, up-to-date student registration portal on the market!

This month, we should be 100% complete with the home page, custom pages options, navigation areas, header and footer options, search and course display processes, and all the way through to the shopping cart experience. We hope to have a video of all that to share by mid to end November.

November will focus on completing the profile account, purchase process, and payment gateways, with December wrapping up MyAccount and custom elements. That will let us concentrate on further testing in January as well as planning the deployment process.

Payment Plans:
We Need Your Input
 

We’re excited to give you a sneak peek at an upcoming enhancement to student payment plans — part of the XenDirect R3 Admin Module Road Map. While this feature isn’t scheduled for release until 2026, design and development are already underway.

But we’ve hit a fork in the road — and that’s where you come in.

We need your feedback to help guide the next phase of development. Our team has crafted two distinct approaches to Payment Plans, and we're considering implementing one or both based on what best meets customer needs.

The good news? We've made it super easy for you to share your thoughts — just take our quick survey (seriously, it only takes a minute!).



 
License Agreements, Offerings, and Pre-Invoice Mailings

 

Starting with February 2026 invoices, the Xenegrade Accounting office will send an email to your financial contact person with details about your upcoming license renewal. This notice will be sent 3-4 months in advance of your invoice. This advance notice will contain:
  • Rate notices for 2026, including rate increases, if any
  • Multi-year options and related rate locks or discounts
  • Draft License amendments
  • Upgrade options and special support packages
To make sure we send these notices to the correct person, please complete this survey to let us know. This is the same survey as the "Payment Plans" article above.

Note: This article does not refer to invoices created in XenDirect on behalf of your customers and students. This article refers to invoices Xenegrade sends to customers for their use of XenDirect.  


 


TIP: Exporting The Most Commonly Requested Data
 
Did you know that InSight has several reports designed specifically for exporting some of the most commonly requested data?

Exporting is easy. Although all reports can be exported, these reports are specifically designed to format neatly into an Excel or CSV format. Just filter as needed and click the Export button!




 


2025 Holiday
Office Closures

 
Xenegrade will be closed on the following days during 2025 so that employees can observe the holiday with their families. 

Memorial Day May 26 - reopen May 27
Independence Day July 4 - reopen July 7
Labor Day Sep. 1 - reopen Sep. 2
Thanksgiving Nov. 27-28 - reopen Dec. 1
Christmas Dec. 24-26 - reopen Dec. 29
New Years Dec 31-Jan. 2 - reopen Jan. 5

If there is an emergency where accessing XenDirect is unavailable during a time when the office is closed, submit a support ticket via the support center using the predefined emergency process.

REMINDERS

 
  • News Email List: Join those who want to receive a notice whenever we post a news article. Be the first to know! You can subscribe here. Once you opt-in, you are on the news email list until you decide to opt-out.
  • Status Website: If you have not seen or subscribed to the Service Status website, it is more important than ever to consider doing so. This website displays up-to-date server issues or scheduled maintenance that affect access to XenDirect modules. One of the key features of the status site is your ability to subscribe to the automated email list. Every time an update is made to the status site, all subscribers will receive an automated email related to the status update.
  • Application Updates: Don't forget to check the Updates section of the Support Center. Whenever updates are made to any XenDirect services, a post describing the change, addition, or fix is made. Release 3 deploys updates about every two weeks. Other services are about once per month or as needed.
