Updates, new features, and fixes for the XenDirect Admin Module - Release 3

Release Numbers: There are four parts to the release number as represented by A.B.C.D where: A = Release version, B = Sequential year of release (2020 is year 1, 2021 is year 2, etc.), C = Month of the year, and D = The sequential number of the release that month. Example: 3.5.01.01

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • User Menu (all versions)
    • The [Releases and Updates] menu option has been modified to an [About] option. This option now displays the Version, License Expiration, Release #, and a View Updates link.
    • A link to the new Status Page has been added.
  • Client Employment (Enterprise version)
    • The label for the verification date has been labeled as "Required". The field is required, but the field label did not reflect that.

FIXES

  • Add Assignment (all versions)
    • The error when using Add Assignment along with the Corporate OnHold feature has been resolved.

  • Send Email (all versions)
    • A fix had been deployed for the intermittent issue that would prevent emails that have been added to the queue but never processed or were processed but copies not received by the sender.

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • Staff (all versions)
    • The keyword search now supports search for client records using a "last name, first name" format. Examples: "Smith, R" or "Weston, Andrea" or "Jones, Sandra". The first name can be a partial name.
  • Session (all versions)
    • The [Display Cart Button] field now defaults to "Yes" on a new record.
  • User Menu (all versions)
    • The [Releases and Updates] menu option has been modified to an [About] option. This option now displays the Version, License Expiration, Release #, and a View Updates link.
    • A link to the new Status Page has been added.

FIXES

  • Course Category (all versions)
    • The Description field that was missing from the add/edit has been resolved.
  • System Settings (all versions)
    • The [Module] field correctly displays the value when =  "All".
  • SMS Text (all versions, if enabled)
    • A processing error when sending texts has been resolved.
  • Memberships (Enterprise and Plus versions)
    • The error on new and existing records has been resolved. The error only occurred for organizations where the Session is set as a required field on Course Sections.
  • Course Section (all versions)
    • The issue that prevented the value for the [Calculation Method] field from display on the form has been resolved.

  • Master Postal Code Updated (all versions)
    • Installed the monthly update of the master USPS postal code list.

FIXES

  • Ed2Go (all versions, if enabled)
    • The Send Registration process has been modified to prevent the registration and prompt the user when the [Alt Course] field in the Course record is blank. 
    • The Send Registration process has been modified to use the Assignment Registration Date for Ed2Go courses that do not have a start date.
  • Discounts (all versions)
    • The Quantity Discount issue when the quantity is set for 3 has been resolved. The issue corrected was when more than 3 Assignments were added and the discount was added for invalid courses.
