A Quick Survey

 

In the last newsletter, we discussed a quick survey we would like every customer to complete regarding two topics:
  • XenDirect Payment Plans design
  • Xenegrade licensing information
There are still a number of organizations that have not yet submitted the survey. We've made it super easy for you to share your thoughts — just take our quick survey (seriously, it only takes a minute!).

Recent Changes You May Want to Review

 

When we deploy a new XenDirect release, we post the fixes and modifications that are included in that release. Most times, that alone allows users to see what is new or fixed. However, occasionally there are updates that are time sensitive or important enough to highlight. The last two releases (11/6/2025 and 10/24/2025) have two features that may be of importance to you.
  • Ed2Go Branding: In early 2025, Ed2Go changed the branded names of their course offerings. XenDirect has been modified the system and all data to match that branding change. You will now see two vendors: Ed2Go FUN and Ed2Go ACT, as well as three branded course types: IMC, SGC, and ACT. (FYI: Ed2Go bundles are just around the corner!)
  • Email Banners: There is now a system setting that will disable or enable the default email banner in most emails. When disabled, this allows you to place the banner in the HTML body of the email. For some, this flexibility allows for different banners based on the email template.

2025 Holiday
Office Closures

 
Xenegrade will be closed on the following days during 2025 so that employees can observe the holiday with their families. 

Memorial Day May 26 - reopen May 27
Independence Day July 4 - reopen July 7
Labor Day Sep. 1 - reopen Sep. 2
Thanksgiving Nov. 27-28 - reopen Dec. 1
Christmas Dec. 24-26 - reopen Dec. 29
New Years Dec 31-Jan. 2 - reopen Jan. 5

If there is an emergency where accessing XenDirect is unavailable during a time when the office is closed, submit a support ticket via the support center using the predefined emergency process.

REMINDERS

 
  • News Email List: Join those who want to receive a notice whenever we post a news article. Be the first to know! You can subscribe here . Once you opt-in, you are on the news email list until you decide to opt-out.
  • Status Website: If you have not seen or subscribed to the Service Status website, it is more important than ever to consider doing so. This website displays up-to-date server issues or scheduled maintenance that affect access to XenDirect modules. One of the key features of the status site is your ability to subscribe to the automated email list. Every time an update is made to the status site, all subscribers will receive an automated email related to the status update.
  • Application Updates: Don't forget to check the Updates section of the Support Center. Whenever updates are made to any XenDirect services, a post describing the change, addition, or fix is made. Release 3 deploys updates about every two weeks. Other services are about once per month or as needed.
